Personal leadership is about ensuring that you have clarity around your own definition of ‘success’. Having clear professional goals prevents you from getting distracted and caught up in other people’s definition of ‘success’; especially in times of stress, when it is easy to lose sight of the big picture. .
This session will provide you with some simple tools, to use on a regular basis, to set your definition, write your professional horoscope and stay focused on what it is you really want.
About the speaker:
Judith Sellick has been working in the field of leadership development for over 20 years, and has had her own business for fourteen of those years. Her two passions are assisting people to be the best possible leaders, and developing high performing teams. Judith’s clients cover a range of the professional spectrum, from global management teams, with turn overs of 7 billion dollars, through to up and coming young leaders within not for profit organisations. She has many years experience working in professional service firms including finance, engineering, law, accounting and architecture.
