James is responsible for ensuring that Aussie Small Businesses both know about and love Xero. In his role as direct marketing manager, he manages above-the-line, digital and conversion activity across Australia. In his three years at Xero, James has helped transform the direct marketing efforts to be strongly data-led with a focus on lowering acquisition costs as well as spearheading campaigns that have since been rolled out globally. Before joining Xero, James spent five years managing the marketing and sales for one of New Zealand’s leading hospitality brands.
