DESCRIPTION:Women Transforming Technology (WT2) is a consortium of companies and organizations in industry\, academia\, and non-profit sectors committed to building a community and tackling issues that are top of mind for women in technology. Our goals are to inspire\, support\, and connect women in all areas and levels of technology in Silicon Valley and beyond. \nThe theme of this year’s conference is “Elevate Joy”. \nThe challenges of the past two years have impacted everyone in our community.  The theme of the 2022 Women Transforming Technology Conference is “Elevate Joy.”  Striving for joy is not about ignoring the difficulties of life  but instead reflects our determination to move from surviving to thriving. We ask our speakers to share their stories\, experiences and hacks in tech\, their careers and personal lives.  Let us find the excitement again for our work and our careers together. \nOur program this year will focus on: \n\nNew technologies that are creating the greatest positive impact and excitement in the world today.\nWays we are overcoming challenges and creating greater positive  opportunities and experiences for ourselves and our communities\, both personally and professionally.\n\nOver 5\,000 attendees will range from students to executives from industry\, academia and nonprofit organizations around the globe. \nThe conference is free for all attendees thanks to the generosity of our sponsors.
